This winter, we listened closely to league members, public golfers, and staff, then refined the structure to create a smoother, more organized experience from start to finish. The updates represent change, but they are intentional improvements designed to make your season easier and more enjoyable.

LEAGUE DETAILS

Your league fee allows us to deliver a premium, no-hassle experience. No weekly payments or check-ins. No waiting at the desk.

League Fees

Simplified league fees mean the hassle is gone. Pay once for the season, skip the weekly lineups and check ins, and stroll straight to the first tee. Enjoy a private-member style experience where your spot is ready, your round starts on time, and the only thing left to do is tee it up and have fun. This structure also allows us to plan more effectively and reinvest into the league through improved prizing, food, games, social events, clinics, and special league activities.

The pricing for 2026 was discounted to reflect this model. When broken down weekly, the green fee rate is lower than standard play, and league members receive added value through prizing, events, food and beverage tickets, welcome gifts, and pro shop discounts.

This structure allows us to deliver a more reliable, organized, and private-member style experience while ensuring the league remains sustainable on a course that is in extremely high demand.

We understand this is a change from previous years, and we appreciate your understanding as we adapt to the growth of the facility and the popularity of the Par 3 course.

New League Software: Golf Genius

We’ve transitioned to Golf Genius, the industry-standard software for golf leagues. This upgrade brings everything into one place and creates a smoother experience for both players and staff.

• Easy-to-view schedules and league information
• Simple weekly tee time selection
• Clean, well-organized tee sheets
• Automated prizing

Tee Time Selection

Each week, players will select their preferred tee time. A confirmed tee sheet will be emailed to all participants on Sunday night prior to the upcoming week of league play.

Players may also select preferred playing partners from a list of registered league members.

New and Updated League Offerings

• New: Senior Co-Ed Wednesday Morning League (50+), added based on player demand
• Removed: Thursday Night League will no longer be offered

Registration Requirement

Each player is required to pay their own league fee and create their own account at the time of purchase. This allows players to:

• Select preferred weekly tee times
• Receive automated tee sheet emails
• Access all league features and communications

IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW

Because of this structure:

• There are no weekly fees
• There are no credits, refunds, or make-ups

Missed weeks due to holidays, illness, weather, or conflicts are not reimbursed
