Junior League

Welcome to the Junior Golf League!

Where Young Golfers Learn, Grow, and Have Fun

In partnership with Ping Canada, our Junior Golf League is open to all junior golfers (Ages 5 – 18) who are looking for a fun and inclusive place to play!

This league complements our Operation36 instructional programs, where the Junior League serves as the weekly Play Day. Each week, juniors have the opportunity to challenge their current level and work toward leveling up through on-course play. **Participation in the Junior League does not require enrollment in our lesson programs.

League Information

League Dates: Sundays, May 10 – October 11 (20 League Rounds, 3 Special Event Rounds)

Special Events

Bring a Friend – May 31
Parent Junior – June 14
Stampede Scramble – July 5

Weekly Start Time: 4PM Tee Times

League Structure
Golfers will be grouped based upon skill level and course length. All new players will start in Level 1 and play from 25 yards regardless of age; once passing Level 1 players will advance to the Level 2 yardage and play from 50 yards. We encourage that juniors start close to the hole (Level 1 – 25 yards) and gradually work their way back as skills and consistency improve — reinforcing success, enjoyment, and long-term development.

Dress Code
Dress appropriately for the weather, warm clothes, hats, sunglasses, and wear appropriate footwear such as athletic runners or golf shoes.

Club Rentals
While club rentals are available, quantities are limited so we strongly encourage our junior golfers to have their own set of clubs. If you require rentals, please email our Junior League Coordinator, Kendra Jones-Munk (kendra@golffanatics.ca) so she can arrange to have a set ready for you!

Parent Caddies
Parent caddies are strongly encouraged to join your juniors on the course for the league. To help us maintain pace of play, parents may help read greens, select clubs, and help support other golfers in their group.
**Please note all juniors under the age of 7 MUST have a parent caddy present in order to participate in the Junior League.

Weather Policy
In the event of extreme weather events (lightning, hail, heavy smoke) we will provide as much notice as possible about delays, cancellations and rescheduling. Please note only Special Event rounds will be rescheduled. Refunds/Raincheques will only be issued if extreme weather occurs while golfers are on the course.
