User Terms & Conditions:<\/strong> Effective May 1, 2024<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Punchcards & Vouchers<\/strong>
\nAs of July 1, 2024 \u2013 Golfuture YYC, Golf Canada and RCGA punchcards and vouchers will no longer be valid at Golf Fanatics.<\/p>\n

Reservation Policy<\/strong>
\nAll Toptracer Sky Suite or Classic Range booking reservations or Bow Rivers Par 3 Golf Course tee times can only be made using the GolfFanatics.ca website or in-person. No telephone bookings will be accepted or confirmed.<\/p>\n

All Toptracer Sky Suite or Classic Range booking reservations or Bow Rivers Par 3 Golf Course tee times will require full payment at time of booking either by way of valid credit card, debit or cash.<\/p>\n

Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong>
\nAny Toptracer Sky Suite, Classic Range stall bookings or Bow River Greens tee times that are cancelled less than 24 hours ahead of the reservation will result in forfeit 100% of the monies and no refunds or credits will be issued.<\/p>\n

All Golf Fanatics golf services bookings are final sale. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance whereby GF Customers will receive the equivalent value of the cancelled services as a credit to their Your Golf Booking online account which can be used at a later date for future Golf Fanatics golf service bookings.<\/p>\n

No booking credits may be used by GF Customers for the purchase of any Golf Fanatics food and beverage products.<\/p>\n

No Shows<\/strong>
\nCustomers who do not show for a Toptracer Sky Suite or Classic Range reservation or Bow River Greens tee time will forfeit 100% of the monies paid for the booking and no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances.<\/p>\n

Weather Conditions<\/strong>
\nIn the event of thunder or lightning weather conditions, the use of the Toptracer Sky Suite or Classic Range or the Bow River Greens Par 3 Golf Course, Mini Putt or Practice Putting Green will be solely at the GF Customer\u2019s discretion and Golf Fanatics will not be liable for any injuries that may occur during such weather events.<\/p>\n

Use of the Toptracer Sky Suites or Classic Range during weather events is solely at the GF Customer\u2019s discretion and no refunds or account credits due to Toptracer Range technology deficiencies during such events will not be issued.<\/p>\n

User Risk<\/strong>
\nThe use of Golf Fanatics\u2019 facilities and services are solely at each GF Customer\u2019s own risk.<\/p>\n

Golf Fanatics\u2019 management, staff, or owners are not liable for any personal injury or property damage that may be incurred by any users while at Golf Fanatics\u2019 property.<\/p>\n

Parents\/Guardians will be fully responsible for overseeing the behavior of all children at Golf Fanatics\u2019 facilities at all times.<\/p>\n

Personal Liability<\/strong>
\nAll GF Customers and Players shall be personally responsible and liable for any and all property damage, including damage to Golf Fanatics property, neighboring properties and vehicles, as well as any personal injury incurred as a result of their actions or participation in activities at Golf Fanatics.<\/p>\n

Equipment Damage<\/strong>
\nGolf Fanatics will not be responsible for any damage to personal golf equipment that may be incurred by a CF Customer as a result of their use of any of Golf Fanatics\u2019 services.<\/p>\n

Liquor & Food Policy<\/strong>
\nAs per AGLC and Alberta Food Retail and Food Services rules and regulations, all alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food products consumed by GF Customers onsite must be purchased from Golf Fanatics.<\/p>\n

Any outside alcohol or food will be confiscated and Golf Fanatics personnel may request that any persons contravening these policies depart the Golf Fanatics premises immediately without refund of services.<\/p>\n

Unauthorized Third Party Paid Instruction<\/strong>
\nThird Party paid instruction by accredited (other than authorized GF Academy personnel) or non-accredited instructors while using the Sky Suites, Classic Range or playing on the Bow River Greens Par 3 Course is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

Lost & Found Items<\/strong>
\nGolf Fanatics is not responsible for any items lost by GF Customers.<\/p>\n

When lost items are found, they will be dated and added to Golf Fanatics\u2019 lost and found inventory. Items that have been in the lost and found longer than 3 weeks, will either be donated or discarded.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
